Graduates earn 1,026 degrees, certificates from Colorado Christian University

About 27.8 percent of the 1,026 degrees and certificates handed out by the Colorado Christian University in 2016-17 were to students in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Lakewood conferred 170 bachelor's degrees and 67 master's degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Data shows the school gave out 90 bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General, followed by 88 bachelor's degrees in Psychology, General and 82 bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

The university enrolled 7,032 students for 2016-17, including 6,307 in undergraduate programs and 725 in graduate programs.
