Graduates earn 1,378 degrees, certificates from Arapahoe Community College

About 33 percent of the 1,378 degrees and certificates handed out by the Arapahoe Community College in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Littleton conferred 300 certificates and 154 associate's degrees in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Data shows the school gave out 206 associate's degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, followed by 146 certificates in Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant/Aide and 104 associate's degrees in General Studies.

The college enrolled 10,261 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
