Arvada Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

The Arvada Chamber of Commerce is engaging employers, educators and partners across Arvada in developing a new demand-driven approach—talent pipeline management—to close the skills gap that many of our local employers have expressed extreme concern with. Through extending lessons learned from innovations in supply chain management, this is a call for employers to play a new and expanded leadership role as “end-customers” of education and workforce partnerships. The Arvada Works Talent Pipeline program is modeled off a national program that has successfully launched in over 50 communities across the country and the Arvada Chamber of Commerce is lucky enough to be one of the selected sites to continue this incredible demand driven work.

We invite you to join us for our STEM AND MANUFACTURING KICK-OFF where we will share more about the next steps of the program, employer expectations, and projected outcomes and MUCH MORE!
