University of Northern Colorado, Colorado State University-Pueblo and Colorado Mesa University top the list of highest grossing women's college swimming and diving programs in Colorado in 2016, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of the latest federal data from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education.
