Graduates earn 228 degrees, certificates from the Pima Medical Institute-Aurora


About 55.7 percent of the 228 degrees and certificates handed out by the Pima Medical Institute-Aurora in 2017-18 were to students in programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Aurora conferred 127 certificates in medical/clinical assistant programs.

Other popular programs include dental assisting/assistant, veterinary/animal health technology/technician and veterinary assistant and medical administrative/executive assistant and medical secretary.

The institute enrolled 257 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
