Graduates earn 2,763 degrees, certificates from Regis University


About 27.2 percent of the 2,763 degrees and certificates handed out by Regis University in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Denver conferred 354 bachelor's degrees and 176 doctor's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in registered nursing/registered nurse. Data shows the school gave out 336 bachelor's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse, followed by 185 master's degrees in general business administration and management and 152 master's degrees in general computer and information sciences.

The university enrolled 8,341 students for 2017-18, including 4,084 in undergraduate programs and 4,257 in graduate programs.
